Shandong TaiKai Electrical Mechanism Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taikai Group, specializing in the development and production of supporting products for 35kV-1,000kV high-voltage electrical appliances. Its main products include high-voltage electrical operating mechanisms, corrugated pipes, inflatable pipelines, self-sealing valves, and lightning protection and grounding products.
The company currently has 326 employees, including: 18 professional technical R&D personnel and 28 management personnel; It possesses 215 sets of modern processing equipment, such as German DMG MORI five-axis composite machining centers, Japanese Mazak turning-milling composite machining center, Korean Doosan horizontal machining centers, turning centers, wire cutting machines, etc. It also has 12 sets of precision testing equipment including alloy analyzers, metallographic microscopes, coordinate measuring machines, universal material testing machines, hardness testers, cleanliness testers, etc. The factory covers an area of 18,000 square meters. The company’s product components are mainly self-made, with a self-made rate of over 95%. It has a complete manufacturing system from machining, heat treatment, assembly to testing. Its overall processing capacity is in a leading position in the industry. In recent years, the company has vigorously innovated its production mode in response to industry development trends.
