System Assurance
In accordance with the requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 system standards, the company has compiled Management Manual and Procedure Documents. Combining the PDCA cycle and risk-based thinking, we’ve adopted a process approach and clearly defined 34 processes, including 12 customer-oriented processes, 7 support processes, and 15 management processes, forming 30 procedure documents. The company has defined management policies, objectives, responsibilities, authorities, specific implementation processes of various business processes, and process performance. These have been conveyed to all levels of management and executive personnel through external training and internal dissemination to ensure that there are clear guidelines for implementation. During implementation, the system is supervised through inspections, internal audits, compliance evaluations, management reviews, and external audits to ensure the suitability, effectiveness, and sufficiency of the management system’s operation. We passed ISO9001:1994 quality management system certification in 1997;
We passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system version change certification in 2003;
We passed ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS18001:2007 quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety “three-in-one” management system certification in 2010;
In 2017, the company underwent version change certification for the ISO9001:2015 quality management system and the ISO14001:2016 environmental management system. Additionally, in 2017, the company obtained certification for the VTI/G-KT101-2017/IEC60300-1-2003 reliability management system.
We completed ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system version change work in 2019;
We passed ISO10012:2003 measurement management system certification in 2020.
