Product Features:
1. Dead tank circuit breaker (with built-in through-core bushing-type current transformer), disconnector, earthing switch, voltage transformer, surge arrester, and other components are combined on a grounding steel structure support, which has a compact structure.
2. It has a high degree of component integration, occupying only 30%-50% of the space compared to the distributed arrangement (AIS), significantly saving land and reducing project costs.
3. The entire bay is prefabricated in the plant, with assembly, commissioning, and testing completed in the factory. After being disassembled into modules, it is transported to the site for easy on-site installation. So it can minimize installation workload and greatly shorten installation time.
4. It adopts thoroughly validated high-performance arc extinguishing chambers, SF6 voltage transformers, composite surge arresters, disconnector, requiring basic maintenance and featuring high reliability.
5. Disconnector and earthing switch adopt air insulation, with their travels and working positions clearly visible. It aligns with the design habits of domestic power stations.
6. It can provide self-supporting busbars, all busbars, busbar insulation supports, and busbar connection fittings are factory prefabricated, making on-site installation simple and reducing the user's construction workload.

Flexible arrangement: It can be arranged in a single-column or double-column layout according to actual space requirements, realizing various wiring methods such as single busbar, single bus section, internal and external bridges, double busbar, etc. It can also be easily rehabilitated or expanded based on the original AIS layout.
8. The circuit breaker can be completely removed for inspection or replacement, with the minimum downtime for a fault being less than 3 hours.Each bay can be fixed by using anchor bolts or welded with embedded parts, with a low center of gravity and high seismic resistance compared to similar products.
