110kV Gas-Insulated Metal-Enclosed Switchgear (GIS) is a complete set of switchgear composed of circuit breakers, three-position switches, fast earthing switches, current transformers, voltage transformers, lightning arrester, busbars, incoming and outgoing bushings, or cable terminations, etc.
110kV Gas-Insulated Metal-Enclosed Switchgear (GIS) is a complete set of switchgear composed of circuit breakers, three-position switches, fast earthing switches, current transformers, voltage transformers, lightning arrester, busbars, incoming and outgoing bushings, or cable terminations, etc., enclosed in a grounded metal enclosure and filled with SF6 gas at a certain pressure as the insulating medium. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, 60Hz rated voltage 72.5kV to 145kV power systems. 110kV GIS is a new generation of GIS developed by Shandong Taikai High Voltage Switchgear Co., Ltd. based on years of experience in manufacturing 126kV circuit breakers, extensive research on domestic and foreign markets, and the development direction of GIS. The ZF10-145 GIS is our flagship product, which has completed type tests at the KEMA test lab in Netherlands and has been put on the market. Since its production in 2007, over 12,600 bays have been sold, currently holding the second-highest market share at home. It has also been exported to over a dozen countries including Russia, Egypt, Iran, Pakistan, and India.
Product Features:
1. A newly designed three-phase common box compact GIS with a minimum spacing width of 0.8m and a standard bay occupying 2.90m2, reaching international advanced and domestic leading levels.
2. The incorporated breaker adopts self-energized arc control principle with simple structure and reliable structure, with advantages of strong breaking capability, short arcing time, long service time, 3 cycles of total breaking time and 20 times of breaks at full capacity.
3. The circuit breaker is equipped with the CT26 spring operating mechanism, which has a simple and compact structure, high reliability, low maintenance workload, and long mechanical life (up to 10,000 times), which conforms to the “oil-less” requirements.
4. Modular design facilitates various substation layouts and future expansion or reconstruction. It can be assembled with multiple wiring methods such as single busbar section, bridge connection, double busbar, etc., according to user’s requirements.
5. The structure of three-phase in one common enclosure greatly reduces eddy current losses and enhances exterior aesthetics.
6. The GIS enclosure is made of aluminum alloy that offers corrosion resistance, eliminates losses due to eddy current, is thermally insulated, and its light weight lessens the load requirement on the foundation.
7. The integrated gas management system realizes online calibration, facilitating the inspection and maintenance of density relays.
8. Radio interference level islower than 500μV, which allows GIS to be installed in urban districts and residential areas.
9. GIS can be operated in the toughtest conditions, such as heavy pollution, frequent hail, high altitude, frequent earthquakes, hard to dig mountains terrain and crowded urban districts with limited space..
10. GIS can be delivered fully assembled, up to 2 bays, except the outgoing and partial connection busbar, allowing for fast and easy on-site installation.
11. GIS can be installed both indoors and outdoors, demonstrating strong adaptability.
