220kV罐式斷路器将斷路器和電(diàn)流互感器有(yǒu)機組合在一起，滅弧室水平裝(zhuāng)設在接地的鋁合金殼體(tǐ)中(zhōng)，電(diàn)流互感器布置在兩側出線(xiàn)套管下面，分(fēn)相操作(zuò)斷路器（可(kě)電(diàn)氣聯動）配用(yòng)CT26型彈簧操動機構或CTY-5型液壓彈簧機構，三相機械聯動斷路器配用(yòng)CTY-10型液壓彈簧機構，産(chǎn)品所用(yòng)的部件少、布置簡單緊湊、整體(tǐ)堅固耐用(yòng)，機械特性優良，可(kě)靠性高，所有(yǒu)重要部件均采用(yòng)數控、加工(gōng)中(zhōng)心設備加工(gōng)，可(kě)保證機構可(kě)靠操作(zuò)三十年，機械壽命長(cháng)達10000次。
The 220kV dead tank circuit breaker combines the circuit breaker and current transformer organically. The arc extinguishing chamber is horizontally installed in the grounded aluminum alloy shell. The current transformer is arranged under the outlet bushings on both sides. The phase-separated operation of the circuit breaker (electrically interlocked) is equipped with either the CT26 spring operating mechanism or the CTY-5 hydraulic spring mechanism. Three-phase mechanically interlocked circuit breakers are equipped with the CTY-10 hydraulic spring mechanism. The product uses fewer components, has a simple and compact layout, is overall sturdy and durable, has excellent mechanical characteristics, high reliability, and all important components are processed by CNC and machining center equipment, which can ensure reliable operation of the mechanism for thirty years and a mechanical life of up to 10,000 times. The product is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, 220kV power systems, and can be used for system control, protection, and measurement, as well as for use as a contactor.
Product Features:
1. It install the circuit breaker and current transformer together, with a compact overall structure and good economy;
2. It’s small in size with light weight and moderate height, and can be transported as a whole;
3. The circuit breaker equipped with this product adopts the self-blasting arc extinguishing principle of "gas pressure + thermal expansion", with strong breaking ability, short arcing time, full breaking time of 2 cycles, long electrical life, full capacity breaking 22 times, simple and reliable structure.
4. The circuit breaker is equipped with mature CT26 spring operating mechanism or CTY hydraulic spring mechanism, with a simple and compact structure, high reliability, low maintenance workload, and mechanical endurance of up to 10,000 times;
5. The enclosure is made of anti-rust aluminum alloy, and the control cabinet is made of stainless steel. All exposed standard parts and transmission parts are made of stainless steel and hot-dip galvanized treated parts, with good corrosion resistance, meeting actual user requirements;
6. The product is lightweight, requires a small foundation load, has strong corrosion resistance, low eddy current loss, and low enclosure temperature rise, with strong current carrying capacity;
7. It only need to pour anchor bolts on-site for installation, simple and convenient, with long inspection and maintenance cycles, and simple operation;
8. Strong environmental tolerance, suitable for harsh environments such as areas with severe pollution, heavy fog, or frequent hail, seismic areas, and areas with tight land and difficult earth and rock excavation, such as urban areas and mountainous hydropower stations;
9. It adopts new sealing materials that can withstand high temperatures, low temperatures, and corrosion, improving the sealing performance of the product.
10. Compared with Live Tank circuit breakers, tank circuit breakers have the advantages of low center of gravity position, strong earthquake resistance, and good pollution resistance; they can carry current transformers themselves, with a compact structure and small footprint; simple installation on-site, etc.Special Note: In extremely low-temperature environments, heating muff or mixed gas filling methods can be adopted to ensure the normal operation of the circuit breaker to meet specific user requirements
