The 110kV ZHW plug-in gas-insulated switchgear, also known as hybrid gas-insulated switchgear, or semi-closed compact gas-insulated switchgear, (referred to as HGIS, abbreviation for Hybrid Gas Insulated Switchgear or Half Gas Insulated Switchgear), is a complete set of switchgear equipment composed of circuit breakers, disconnectors, earthing switches, built-in current transformers (external current transformers are bushing type through the busbar), inlet and outlet bushings, etc.
The 110kV ZHW plug-in gas-insulated switchgear, also known as hybrid gas-insulated switchgear, or semi-closed compact gas-insulated switchgear, (referred to as HGIS, abbreviation for Hybrid Gas Insulated Switchgear or Half Gas Insulated Switchgear), is a complete set of switchgear equipment composed of circuit breakers, disconnectors, earthing switches, built-in current transformers (external current transformers are bushing type through the busbar), inlet and outlet bushings, etc., enclosed in a grounded metal enclosure and filled with SF6 gas at a certain pressure as the insulating and arc extinguishing medium. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 72.5~126kV power systems, with functions of breaking and closing line load current and short-circuit current, conducting power line connection, switching, control, measurement, system adjustment, and safe isolation function during line and equipment maintenance.
This product complies with the national standard GB7674--1997 Gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear for rated voltages of 72.5 kV and above, and meets the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC60517 High Voltage Closed Switchgear and Control Equipment. The components inside meet the requirements of respective national standards.
The product features a three-phase independent enclosure structure (Each phase has its own enclosure).
Product Features:
The 110kV ZHW plug-in gas-insulated switchgear is a product developed by our company based on the rich experience in developing air-insulated switchgear (AIS) and gas-insulated switchgear (GIS). Its performance is guaranteed by our company's mature and rich experience in the development, research, manufacturing, and operation of switchgear equipment. Its main features include:
1. Small size, light weight, compact overall structure, capable of transporting the entire bay, leading domestically.
2. The circuit breaker equipped with this product adopts the self-blasting arc extinguishing principle of "gas pressure + thermal expansion", with strong breaking ability, short arcing time, full breaking time of 2 cycles, long electrical endurance, full capacity breaking 20 times, simple and reliable structure.
3. The circuit breaker is equipped with the CT26 spring operating mechanism, which has a simple and compact structure, high reliability, low maintenance workload, and mechanical endurance up to 10,000 times, meeting the “oil-free” requirements.
4. The three-position disconnecting & earthing switch adopts a rotating plug-in structure, and the combined disconnecting & earthing switch is equipped with a plum blossom contact structure, with a simple and compact structure, strong current carrying capacity, and high reliability in switching circulating current and small current.
5. The three-position disconnecting & earthing switch is equipped with a three-position mechanism imported from Japan, and the combined disconnecting & earthing switch is equipped with a mature CJ electric motor mechanism, with stable and reliable operation, complete protection functions, meeting the requirements of five-proof.
6. The enclosure is made of anti-rust aluminum alloy material, the product is lightweight, requires a small foundation load, has strong corrosion resistance, low eddy current loss, and low enclosure temperature rise, with strong current carrying capacity.
7. The outlet bushing adopts a silicone rubber composite insulation bushing, with strong pollution resistance, high mechanical performance, and lightweight product.
8. It adopts new sealing materials that can withstand high & low temperature, and corrosion, improving the sealing performance of the product.
9. Disconnecting & earthing switches and circuit breakers can be arranged on both sides of the line as required, and current transformers can be arranged on both sides, meeting China’s design regulations.
10. The amount of SF6 gas used is only 40% of GIS, with low operating noise and low radio interference level, meeting environmental protection requirements.
11. Optimized design of the electric field structure, with a rated pressure of only 0.5MPa for the product.
12. Strong environmental tolerance, suitable for areas with harsh environmental conditions (such as severe pollution, heavy fog, hail-prone areas), high altitude and seismic areas, as well as busy urban areas with limited land and mountainous hydropower stations where excavation is difficult.
13. Modular design concept, can be combined into various wiring methods such as single bus, single bus segmentation, double bus, etc., according to user requirements.
14. Plug-in structure for convenient and flexible maintenance.
15. Using factory pre-installation technology, greatly reducing on-site installation workload and duration.
16. According to user requirements, local discharge online monitoring, SF6 gas density and moisture online monitoring, and the use of photoelectric sensors and other intelligent control technologies can be realized.
